Ingredients

• 3 cups (750 mL) water
• 4 cups (1 L) carrots, sliced
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped onion
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 tbsp ( 30 mL) brown sugar
• 1 bouillon cube
• 1 tsp ( 5 mL) curry powder
• 1/8 tsp (1 mL) ground ginger
• 1-1/2 cup (375 mL) milk
