- 1 tsp dried fast action yeast
- 1 tsp caster sugar
- 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 150 ml warm water (this is approximate, you may need more or less)
- 4-5 tbsp pesto
- fresh ground black pepper
- butter for greasing tin
