Bread bowl broccoli Cheddar soup recipe

Ingredients

• 70 g butter
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 large carrots, peeled and chopped
• 1 stalk celery, finely chopped sliced
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp paprika
• 4 tbsp flour
• 500 ml chicken stock
• 500 ml milk
• 1 head of broccoli, chopped into small florets
• 200 g mature cheddar, grated
• Salt
• black pepper
• 4 crusty cob bread rolls
