Family One Pot Spicy Italian Sausage with Burrata - San Remo

Ingredients

• 750g San Remo Family Pack Trivelle
• 1-2 tbsp olive oil
• 6 hot Italian sausages, casings removed
• 1 brown onion, finely diced
• 4 garlic cloves, crushed
• 1 long red chilli, diced
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• 1 tbsp dried oregano
• 800g crushed tinned tomatoes
• 1/2 cup pitted olives
• 2 big handfuls of basil
• 300ml thickened cream
• 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
• 1 burrata ball
