• 1 Radishes - trimmed, thinly sliced
• 2 tablespoons 30ml Balsamic vinegar
• 6 tablespoons 90ml Extra-virgin olive oil
• 1 1/2 teaspoons 7.5ml Sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoons 7.5ml Zest of a fresh orange
• 2 Oranges - peeled and sliced
• 1 Avocadoes (1 to 2) - peeled and sliced
