Ingredients

• 2 T soya sauce
• 2 T rice wine vinegar
• 2 t fish sauce
• 1 T treacle sugar
• 1 red chilli, seeded and chopped
• 1 x 2 cm piece of ginger, grated
• 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 2 T roughly chopped coriander
• 1/4 of a red cabbage, finely shredded
