Ingredients

• 8 whole egg
• 15 oz canned chickpeas ((drained))
• 1 onion (, rough chopped)
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 tbsp ground cumin
• 1 tbsp ground coriander
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 8 green onion (trimmed & cut into 1-2" pieces)
• 1 handful fresh cilantro ((torn off the bunch to fill 1/3 cup))
• 1 whole egg
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 2/3 cups breadcrumbs
• 1/3 cup sesame seeds
• vegetable oil ((for deep frying))
