Ingredients

• 2 pounds ground beef
• 1/2 white onion, diced
• 1 (1-ounce) packet taco seasoning
• 1 cup salsa
• 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
• 2 (10-ounce) cans diced tomatoes with green chilies
• 12 flour tortillas, fajita-sized
• 3 cups Mexican-blend cheese, shredded
• 1 (15-ounce) can refried beans
• avocado, to taste, diced
• cilantro, to taste, chopped
• grape tomatoes, to taste, diced
• radishes, to taste, chopped
