Egg and Bacon Torta - Rick Bayless

Ingredients

• 1 dozen large eggs
• 1/3 cup heavy cream
• 10 pieces crispy bacon
• 1 7.5-ounce can chipotle chiles en adobo
• 1 15-ounce can black beans
• 6 telera (or ciabatta rolls), sliced in half across the equator
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 3/4 cup Chihuahua cheese, shredded
• 1 1/2 avocados, peeled, pit discarded, thinly sliced
• Chipotle Salsa
