Easy Spinach Pathas recipe by Sh4k33r4_recipes

Ingredients

• ½ cup vinegar
• ¼ cup aamli (liquid) OR lemon juice if you don’t have aamli
• 1 onion
• Salt to taste
• Chilli powder to taste
• 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
• ½ bunch coriander
• 3 teaspoon Methi (Fenugreek) masala
• 1 ¼ cup light brown Demerara sugar
• 12 cubes of frozen spinach
• 12 handfuls of fresh baby spinach leaves (finely chopped)
• 1 ½ cups Chana flour
• 3 tblspns plain flour
• 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• 1 teaspoon chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon jeeru (cumin) powder
• 1 tablespoon soomph (crushed or whole)
• 1 teaspoon dhana powder
• 1 teaspoon dried thyme
• ½ teaspoon dried
