• 0.5 yellow diced onion
• 4 mushrooms
• 0.5 cup dried apricots
• 1 Tbsp raisins
• 2 Tbsps dried cranberries
• 1 large flat leaves parsley
• 120 ml marsala
• 120 ml port
• 2 Tbsps butter
• 0.5 tsps heavy cream
• some olive oil
• salt and pepper
• 1 pork tenderloin
