• 300 ml double cream
• 25 g butter
• 1 trimmed pork tenderloin (approx. 475 g)

• 125 g bacon slices
• 2 coarsely chopped yellow onions (approx. 150 g)
• 50 g chopped hazelnuts
• 1 small, finely chopped garlic clove
• 2 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
• 200 g romaine lettuce torn into coarse pieces and sprinkled with salt and pepper
