My Favorite Beef Marinade | Recipe Binder

Ingredients

• 1 cup diced yellow, spanish or sweet onions
• 2 garlic cloves minced
• 1 cup canola, sunflower or vegetable oil
• 1/2 cup soy sauce
• 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
• 2 tbsps yellow mustard, dijon mustard or honey mustard
• 1 tbsp ground pepper
