• 1 cup Corn kernels, frozen
• 2 Eggs, whisked
• 1 Tbsp Oil, cooking
• 1 tsp Cumin, ground
• 1 tsp Chili powder
• ~3 cups Turkey Bolognese (leftover from Tuesday)
• 1 1/2 cups Milk
• 1 tsp Salt
• 2 Tbsp Butter
• 1/2 cup Cornmeal, yellow
• 3 oz Cheese, shredded cheddar
• 1/2 cup Yogurt, plain or Greek
