• 1 pound Mexican chorizo Peeled and crumbled
• 1 medium Onion chopped
• 3 medium Red potatoes Diced into 1/2 inch cubes
• 2 large Poblano chiles Roasted over flame, peeled and diced
• 1 medium Avocado Peeled and sliced
• 1 bunch Fresh Cilantro chopped
• 1 package Corn tortillas Toasted
• 1 small Onion Diced finely for garnish
• 1 Cup Salsa verde Store bought or homemade
