Spinach Salad with Raisins and Walnuts

Ingredients

• 1 (6-ounce) bag baby spinach leaves (about 2 cups)
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 garlic clove, peeled and minced
• 1⁄4 teaspoon kosher salt
• pinch black pepper
• 1 tablespoon vinegar (any kind you like)
• 1⁄4 cup coarsely chopped toasted *walnuts
• 1⁄4 cup raisins (any color) or dried cranberries
• 1⁄4 cup crumbled feta or blue cheese or grated Parmesan cheese
