• 6 oz. sundried tomatoes
• 10-12 oz. pasta
• 1/4 cup unsalted butter
• 1/4 cup flour
• 1/8 tsp. white pepper
• 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
• 2 1/2 cups whole milk
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 bulb roasted garlic, cloves smashed (recipe follows)
• 4 oz. BelGioioso Burrata cheese, torn into small pieces
• 6 oz. BelGioioso Fresh Mozzarella cheese, grated
