Chicken Spring Roll Filling recipe by Khatija

Ingredients

• 500g chicken fillet cut in thin strips
• 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
• Freshly ground black pepper
• ½ cabbage sliced
• 2 carrots julienned
• 1 green pepper julienned
• 1 yellow pepper julienned
• 1 tray mushrooms, sliced and cut in 4
• 1 teaspoon garlic ground with 1 green chilli and some dhania (coriander)
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 2 teaspoon Worcester shire
