Chicken, Pepper & Potato Casserole recipe by Fatima Latib

Ingredients

• 1 chicken cut into portions, deveined, washed & drained.
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 onion finely chopped
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon chilli garlic paste
• 1 teaspoon fine red chilli powder
• ¼ teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon freshly ground green chillies
• 1 tomato sliced
• 3 medium potatoes boiled with skin. Allow to cool. Peel of skin and slice.
