• 2 tsp cumin seeds
• 2 tsp fennel seeds
• 1 tbsp smoked paprika
• 1 tsp harissa spice blend
• 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
• ¼ cup olive oil
• 1.8 kg beef sirloin, trimmed, tied with kitchen string at 4cm intervals
• 6 zucchini, halved lengthways

• ⅓ cup tahini
• ⅓ cup lemon juice
• 1 garlic clove, crushed
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 80 grams feta, drained
