Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup ube halaya or ube jam
- 2 teaspoons ube extract
- 2-3 drops violet food color (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
