Chicken With Nando's Sauce recipe by Naseema Zulfi Khan

Ingredients

• Can do on stove top but cook chicken well pour sauce over
• 1 kg cut up skin off Chicken pieces (can leave skin on but char it then then marinate ) couple hours
• 2 tablespoon oil or olive oil
• 1 tablespoon Mild Peri Peri
• 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
• 1 teaspoon chicken spice or BBQ spice
• 1 teaspoon lemon pepper mix with a few finely crushed peopercorns
• 1Tblsp Aminas tandoori paste
• Red chilli paste
• Salt
• ½ teaspoon garlic or garlic sauce
• 2, tablespoon Nando's mild Peri peri sauce
• 1 tablespoon Wild herb sauce or
• 3 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
• +- 1 teaspoon sugar (or brown sugar)
