• 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon dry thyme
• 1/2 teaspoon dry tarragon
• 3 cups chicken broth
• 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
• Salt and white pepper
• 3 cups cooked chicken, diced
