JAZZ Apple Cinnamon Roll Ice Cream
This recipe combines two favourites, JAZZ™ Apples and cinnamon rolls, into an ice cream that is sure to impress!
Ingredients
- 2 cups half and half
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 12 egg yolks
- 1 cup sugar, divided in half
- 1 vanilla bean, sliced in half lengthwise and the middle scraped out
- 2 JAZZ™ apples, small diced
- 2 T ground cinnamon
- 4 T butter
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
