Stuffing Balls

Ingredients

• 2 loaves semi stale bread
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 can cream of celery soup
• 1/2 C. Chicken or turkey stalk (( right from the bird tastes best!))
• 1 stick butter ((divided))
• 1/2 green pepper ((chopped))
• 1/2 onion ((chopped))
• salt & pepper (to taste )
• Garlic Powder (to taste)
