• 225 g wheat flour
• 75 g corn flour
• 1 tsp coarse salt
• ½ tsp baking powder
• 1 tbsp oil
• 200 ml lukewarm water
• 2 avocados (about 400 g)
• 1 tomato (about 100 g)
• 2 small garlic cloves, crushed
• 1 tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
• 1 tsp red chilli peppers, finely chopped
• 200 ml creme fraiche
• 50 g grated cheddar and maasdam cheese
