Chicken Chowmein recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• 1 teaspoon ginger garlic masala @purespice_sa
• 1 teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon fine red chillies
• 1 teaspoon course red chillies
• ½ teaspoon kashmiri spice
• ½ teaspoon Portuguese spice (Calcutta spices)
• ½ teaspoon lemon pepper
• 1 Tabl lemon juice
• 1 Tabl honey
• 1 Tabl olive oil
• Add :
• 3 Tabl sweet chilli sauce
• 1 Tabl bushveld braai (bbq) sauce
• 3 Tabl prego sauce
• 2 Tabl tomato sauce
• 1 Tabl soy sauce
• 2 Tabl butter
• 1 teaspoon ground garlic (I added 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa green chilli paste)
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon b.pepper
• Pinch of sumac
• 2 carrots - julienne
• 1 green pepper - julienne
• ½ red pepper - julienne
• ½ red onion - rings
• 1 punnet mushrooms
• Shredded cabbage ( optional )
