Chowmein recipe by Salmah Dendar

Ingredients

• add:
• 1 teaspoon rough red chillies
• ¾ teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
• ¾ teaspoon crushed black pepper
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon white pepper
• 1 tablespoon garlic flakes
• 1 teaspoon chicken spice
• ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 2 tablespoon soya sauce
• ¼ cabbage chopped fine
• ¼ robot peppers cut into thin strips
• 2 carrots grated
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• 1 tablespoon soya sauce
• ½ teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
• ½ teaspoon chicken spice
• ¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• ½ tablespoon garlic flakes
• and mix everything together
