Ingredients

• 1 whole chicken with skin on
• ¾ block softend butter
• 6-8 finely diced cloves of garlic
• 1 head ginger grated
• 2-3 finely diced greed chillies
• 2 tablespoon finely diced fresh parsley
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
• ½ teaspoon white pepper
• 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
• 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
• 2 teaspoon chicken spice of your choice
• 1Tbls saracha sauce
• ¼ cup lemon juice
• 2 red onions cut in wedges
• 4 garlic cloves roughly chopped
• ½ head ginger cut into strips
• 2 potatoes cut into wedges
• ½ a butter nut cut into pieces
• ½ block garlic butter
• ¼ bottle calistos gold sauce
• Finely chopped
