Air Fryer Cranberry & Soy Cocktail Sausages | Bored of Lunch
Cocktail sausages over Christmas are a MUST. This recipe was inspired by the Queen of Christmas, Nigella Lawson and they are great made in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 pack of cocktail sausages (I use Dennys)
- 4-6 tbsp sweet chilli
- 4 tbsp cranberry
- 4 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1-2 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tbsp dark brown sugar
- Juice of one lime
