• 1 tsp white vinegar
• 4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup water
• 1 cup butter
• 6 tsp vegetable oil
• 2½ cups powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract, for the vanilla frosting
