• 2 ½ cups confectioners’ sugar
• Salt
• 1 cup unsalted butter, out of the refrigerator for 20 minutes and cut into ½-inch pieces
• ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 1 ¾ cup all-purpose flour
