Caramelized Apple Crepes Recipe

• 1 c cake flour
• 1 c milk
• 1/2 c water
• 1/4 c granulated white sugar
• 2 eggs
• pinch salt
• vegetable oil for cooking
• 6 apples
• 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp lemon zest
• 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
• 2 tbsp unsalted butter
• 6 tbsp sugar
• 1 c creme fraiche
• 3 tbsp confectioners sugar
