Creamy Chicken Couscous Soup

Ingredients

• 3 tablespoons SOOC Fernleaf Dill olive oil
• 4 cups cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie works great!)
• 1 onion, diced
• 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
• 2 tablespoons Italian seasonings
• 2 cups celery stalks, chopped
• 2 cups carrots, chopped
• 8 cups chicken broth, more if needed
• 2 cups milk
• 2 cups pearled couscous
• Lemon juice from 2 lemons
• Salt and pepper
