• 2 chicken breasts, fat trimmed and sliced in half if you like
• 1/2 tsp hot sauce
• 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
• 1/2 tsp kosher salt
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1 tsp ground mustard
• 1 tbsp chili powder
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp cilantro
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• juice of 1 lime
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
