• 2 tablespoon Butter or margarine
• 4 Pork chops 3/4 inch thick, diced
• 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper optional
• 1 medium Onion chopped
• 2 cloves Garlic minced
• 1 14.5-oz can Whole new potatoes drained and diced
• 1 14.5-oz can Diced tomatoes undrained
• 1 medium Bell pepper chopped
• 1 stalk Celery sliced
• 1/2 teaspoon Thyme
