  • 1 Tbsp mirin
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 0.24 tsp rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp dashi (dissolved in 2 tablespoons hot water)
  • cooking oil
  • 1 block tofu, firm or medium-firm (cut into 2" x 1" pieces)
  • 1 sweet onion (sliced)
  • 1 lb sukiyaki beef
  • 1 pkg Shirataki noodles
  • 1 pkg cooked Udon noodles
  • 1 stalk green onions (2" pieces)
  • 1 pkg fresh Shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 pkg Enoki mushrooms
  • 1 bunch mizuna (2" pieces)
