• 2 tsp cinnamon powder
• 1/4 tsp allspice (optional)
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 3 large eggs
• 1 cup oil
• 1 cup crushed pineapple
• raisins, walnuts (~ 1 cup+1 tbsp flour)
