Ingredients

• 10 lbs Munich malt
• 2 lbs Crystal malt (60L)
• 1 lb Crystal malt (120L)
• 0.5 lb Chocolate malt
• 1 lb CaraPils malt
• 1 oz Hallertau hops (bittering, 60 min)
• 0.5 oz Tettnang hops (flavor, 15 min)
• 0.5 oz Saaz hops (aroma, 5 min)
• 1 packet lager yeast (such as Wyeast 2124 or Saflager W-34/70)
• 5 oz priming sugar (for bottling)
• Water (5 gallons, filtered)
