Sweet and Savory Patriotic Avocado Salad - California Avocados

Ingredients

• For the dressing
• 1 large strawberry, hulled
• 4 Tbsp. olive oil
• 3 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
• 1/4 cup chopped onion
• 1/4 tsp. stevia (or erythritol - equivalent of 2 tsp. sugar)*
• 1/8 tsp. salt
• For the salad
• 8 cups (lightly packed) baby mixed greens
• 1 ripe, Fresh California Avocado, seeded, peeled and diced
• 1/3 cup blue cheese, crumbled
• 1 cup hulled and sliced strawberries (about 6 medium)
• 1 cup blackberries (sliced in half if they're large)
