- 1 head garlic
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound macaroni
- ½ pound applewood smoked bacon (sliced)
- 1½ cups fresh white bread crumbs (approx. 5 slices, crusts removed)
- 8 ounces Le Gruyère Switzerland AOC (shredded and divided)
- 8 tablespoons butter (divided, room temperature)
- ¼ cup shallots (minced)
- ½ cup flour
- 1 quart whole milk
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces Ostenbørg® Pesto Havarti (shredded)
- 8 ounces lobster meat (cooked)
