Recipe Lobster Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

• 4 tablespoons butter
• 4 cups lobster meat
• 4 garlic cloves (minced or finely diced)
• 2 cups milk
• 2 cups real whipping cream
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
• 1 cup colby and monterrey jack cheese mix
• 1 cup velvetta, shredded
• 1 cup mozzerella
• 3 cloves garlic, minced or finely diced
• 1 16 oz box of noodles, we used fusseli
• salt
• pepper
• cayenne pepper to taste
• a few chunks of havarti cheese
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 2 cups panko bread crumbs
• 2 cups parmigiano reggiano
