- 4 tbsp pure maple syrup (preferably amber syrup for its rich taste)
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 1kg full fat yoghurt
- 150g maple sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp granola
- Ice cream maker
- Ice lolly moulds
