• 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
• 3 cups bread flour
• 1 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1/4 cup regular mayonnaise
• 4 ounces cheddar cheese (cut into 1/4-inch cubes)
• 1 tablespoon dry chives
