Lemon Loaf Cake - Salamanca Fresh

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups plain flour
• 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tbsp lemon zest
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 large eggs, brought to room temperature
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Juice from 1/2 fresh lemon
• 1/2 cup buttermilk
• Juice from 1 fresh lemon (approx 1/4 cup)
• 3 tbsp icing sugar
• 1 cup icing sugar
• 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp milk
