Cheesy Broccoli Linguine recipe by Mrs Ally

Ingredients

• 1 big head of broccoli, cleaned and sliced into florets. Dont waste the stems!
• ¼ cup olive oil
• 2-3 big cloves of garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon oak-smoked chilli flakes or normal
• 1 teaspoon freshly cracked white pepper
• Salt to taste
• 500g linguine/spaghetti
• 2 dishing spoons butter
• 1 dishing spoon flour
• ¼ cup Nandos, hot or extra hot
• 2 tablespoons good quality mustard sauce
• 1 litre milk
• Salt, according to taste
• Grated cheese, any variety, at least 2 cups
• 1-2 slices stale bread, finely
