• 125g Stork Baking Margarine, softened

• 1 ¼ cups (280g) castor sugar
• 3 large eggs, at room temperature
• 1 ¼ cups (150g) cake flour
• ½ cup plus 2 tbsp (75g) self-raising flour
• ¼ tsp bicarbonate of soda
• 125ml milk
• 30g Stork Bake, softened
• 80g cream cheese, softened
• 240g icing sugar, sifted
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 200g speckled Easter eggs, plus extra to decorate
