• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 plus 2 tablespoons sugar
• 12 large egg yolks
• 3 oz milk chocolate, chopped
• 1 oz extra-bittersweet chocolate, chopped
• 1 1/4 cups chocolate Ovaltine mix
• 1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
