- ◾2 Teaspoons Hot Chili Oil
- ◾1/4 Cup Shredded Carrots
- ◾1/2 Cup Green Onions, diced
- ◾1/4 Cup Sesame Seeds, toasted (plus 2 Tablespoons for garnish)
