Becky’s Broccoli Grape Bacon Slaw Salad – Cooking Aboard with Jill

Ingredients

• 1 large head of broccoli, chopped finely and about 5 cups
• 2 cups purple seedless grapes
• 1 pound of bacon, cooked and crumbled
• ¼ cup red onion, chopped fine
• 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese, grated
• 1 cup sunflower seeds
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
• ¼ cup sugar (I used Agave)
